a) Standard Summons: R 4 000.00
b) Mandatory Telephonic consultation with Client: R 1 250
c) Administration fee: R 1 000.00 – For the necessary correspondence with the sheriff to serve the summons on your spouse.
d) Court Appearance: R 1 750.00
e) Cost of Counsel (includes counsel’s account): R 2 400.00
f) Uplift & Provide Divorce Order: R 1 000.00
g) Office Disbursements: R 1 000.00
h) Create matter on online court profiles, issue of summons, drafting of documents to apply for court date, final enrolment: R2 100.00
i) Should any additional services and/ or changes be requested pertaining to the above mentioned, such services and/or changes shall be rendered at an attorney–own client scale.
